1. Identification
This website and associated services are operated by Ludofun Editora Ltda. (CNPJ 05.636.992/0001-61), headquartered at Alameda Afonso Schmidt, 119 — Conj. 11, São Paulo/SP, 02450-000, Brazil.

2. Acceptance
By accessing ludofun.com.br, os.ludofun.com.br or any subdomain operated by Ludofun, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
B2B retailers (resellers) have additional commercial terms agreed separately. Players in the community are additionally bound by Sections 3 (account), 4 (usage), and 9 (content).
3. Account
3.1. Restricted areas require account creation.
3.2. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining password confidentiality, and all activities under your account.
3.3. Ludofun may suspend or cancel accounts violating these Terms, providing false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, or defaulting on commercial obligations.
3.4. Player community account — specific requirements:
- Unique email
- Unique CPF (one Player account per individual). Multi-accounting or use of third-party CPF triggers immediate closure
- Valid phone/WhatsApp for account recovery
- Email confirmation
- Express acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy
3.5. Minimum age: Player accounts require 18+ due to CPF collection and community nature.
3.6. Player account is personal and non-transferable. No credential sharing, no selling, no multiple accounts to inflate ranking or evade suspension.
3.7. Separate Player and retailer accounts: B2B retailers must create a separate Player account with a different email to participate in the community.
4. Site usage
4.1. You agree to use the site lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access, perform scraping at scale, reverse engineer the platform, publish defamatory or illegal content, or bypass technical/commercial limits.
4.2. Community-specific rules (chat, feed, ranking, reviews, posts):
- Treat other players with respect; abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats result in warning, suspension, or permanent ban based on severity
- No automation, scripts, bots, or bug exploitation to inflate XP/ranking (cheating). Caught: voided results, account closure
- No unauthorized advertising, affiliate links, MLM, or spam
- Game reviews must be honest and based on personal experience — no astroturfing
- Private tables are confidential to participants
- Public tables follow general respect rules; content may appear in the community feed
- No impersonation (including impersonating Ludofun staff)
4.3. Sanctions: 1st minor violation = warning; 2nd minor or 1st major = temporary suspension (3-30 days) with loss of XP/ranking position; repeated or cheating = permanent ban, no refund.
4.4. Right of appeal: contest sanctions via contato@ludofun.com.br within 15 days. We respond within 5 business days.
4.5. Proactive moderation: Ludofun may remove content violating these Terms or the law. You are notified and can contest.
5. Purchases
5.1. End-consumer purchases happen through partner retailers listed at "Where to buy" or official Ludofun channels.
5.2. B2B purchases follow specific retailer contract terms.
5.3. Prices and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, except as defined in contract.
5.4. Electronic invoices (NFe) issued under Brazilian law.
6. Returns and warranty
6.1. Right of withdrawal: end consumers may withdraw within 7 days of receipt (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code art. 49).
6.2. Legal warranty: products sold directly by Ludofun carry 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
6.3. B2B retailers: warranty and returns per contract.
7. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logos, game illustrations, software, "Ludofun" brand) is owned by Ludofun or its licensors, protected by Brazilian copyright (Law 9.610/1998) and IP law (Law 9.279/1996).
International games published in partnership remain the IP of original creators, licensed to Ludofun.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialize content without written authorization.
Game localization suggestions: by submitting, you grant Ludofun a non-exclusive right to evaluate and pursue the suggestion without obligation of compensation.
8. User-generated content
8.1. Comments, suggestions, reviews, feed posts, table chat messages and other user content remain user's property, but you grant Ludofun a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license for service use (display, adaptation, translation, moderation).
8.2. Prohibited: content violating third-party rights, defamatory or illegal material, malicious code, spam.
8.3. Player content specifically:
- Reviews stay on the game page after account closure with authorship anonymized ("Removed player")
- Feed posts and comments are deleted with the account
- Table chat stays visible to table participants (per retention in Privacy Policy)
- Reactions and review votes are preserved as aggregated counts
9. AI in customer support
Part of our support (especially WhatsApp) is handled by Anthropic-powered AI ("Ludia"). You are notified when interacting with AI and may request human support at any time. Significant decisions (pricing, warranty, returns, community sanctions) are always reviewed by a human. Per LGPD art. 20, you have the right to review automated decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
Ludofun strives for accuracy but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service. Liability, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service/product in dispute.
For the community: Ludofun is not liable for player-to-player interactions, content posted by third parties, XP/ranking loss due to scheduled maintenance or bug fixes, or effects of bans for Terms violations.
11. Changes
Ludofun may update these Terms; the current version and date are always published here. Significant changes will be emailed to registered users; for players, new acceptance will be required on next login after the change.
12. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. Consumer and Player matters: user's domicile. Business (B2B) matters: São Paulo/SP court.
