Inquiry & catalog review
Tell us which Studio title interests you and your target market. We send the licensing pack: pricing model, key data, sales history, and previews of the production files.

Letter of intent & terms
If both sides agree on territory, language, and commercial terms, we sign an LOI. Standard term: 5 years, exclusive territory, royalty + advance structure.
- 03
Files & adaptation
We hand over editable production files (InDesign, AI), original art, and rulebook source. You handle your translation; we review it before final printing.
- 04
Production approval
We approve final printer proofs to ensure brand consistency. Quality control on first production run is included.
- 05
Ongoing support
We support your launch with social media coordination, available for designer interviews, and provide quarterly check-ins for the first year.
From inquiry to your shelves: 4–6 months.
From the moment we agree on terms (LOI signed) to your first production run shipping. The bulk of time is on YOUR side (translation + production) — we deliver files in 2–3 weeks.
